  2. Gina,

I love your blog layout! Also, I love the idea of tracing your child's hand every year. I think that would be a cute thing to have and a great family tradition. I don't think mine could be as creative as theirs though! Look at that design!!

  4. Thanks for sharing these ideas! The tracing of the hand is really cute. Especially for the young ones. You could even trace their hands at both the beginning and the end and compare. Very neat!

  5. I absolutely love the Dear Students poster. I have seen it allll over Pinterest and I think it's such a great idea. Our students should see that kind of positivity in our rooms, and know that they are cared about. You have a fun blog!

  6. I too love the tracing hand idea. Now that I am in college I love looking back on all of the tracking stuff from elementary school, its always cool to see how I grew so fast in elementary school.

  7. I like how you shown how powerful words and poetry can be when placed in the classroom. It's important as a teacher that you trust each student and that you want them to succeed.

My mom has a photo college from every year that me and my siblings when to school. Now that I'm older, I think its really awesome that she did that for me. So i am really going to have to try out those hands!
